  This company over bills for services. I was charged $1000. For a water test that was recommended-- later I find the exact same service is FREE elsewhere in this city (at Dahl Plumbing) and my neighbor got the exact same report done for $35. From a reputable company. Also, Employees claimed to be on my job when there was no one there and no one expecting them. Also I was billed for hours they were "waiting" on my property and no one knew about it. The owner refused to adjust my bill to account for this. Lots and lots of big talk about how knowledgeable they are, while they are reaching into your back pocket. Their "years of experience" speech is smoke and mirrors! I hired these people to rework a well and they charged me thousands, cleared it for use, then later said I should not have been using it yet because it wasn't finished. When I had them back to repair a pipe that blew apart due to a pressure problem they blamed me for using the well and charged $$$$.$$ more! When I hired someone else to finish the job, I was informed that Kuckelman's had unwired and cross wired the control box I had them install earlier in the year! They break it and you get to pay to fix it. Great scam!! If you choose to have them work for you--beware! Do not trust anything they say.
